So this month is possibly my favorite month of every year. I get to dress up in gory costumes, scare the crap out of people. Share true ghost stories with friends. (yeah, I have seen the other side and no it was not influenced by any mind altering drugs). And my favorite graphic novel is coming to AMC on Halloween!That's right, The Walking Dead is on its way to AMC on October 31st! I don't think I have ever been this excited for anything to come onto television EVER.
The Walking Dead will debut with a 90 Minute episode on Halloween night. Written and executive produced by three-time Academy® Award-nominee Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile), who also directs the pilot, and executive produced by Gale Anne Hurd (The Terminator, Aliens), the series debuts during AMC Fearfest, the network's annual blockbuster marathon of thriller and horror films.
I hope you all get a chance to check out AMC's newest hit series, they have already won tons of awards with Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Rubicon. Let's see what will happen when the undead come to the award ceremonies, shall we?
